Fees above apply only if paid at Time of Service or before in cash or by check, debit, or credit card.​

These fees do not apply if patient's treatment is covered by insurance (see Insurance Plans Accepted below).

Packages expire one year after the 1st treatment. Unused treatments will not be refunded.


Additional Discounts for Seniors 60+ & Students (without insurance)

  • Initial visit: $72, Follow-up visit: $60 
  • 3 treatment package: $165 (offer valid from 2nd visit)
  • 5 treatment package: $250 (offer valid from 2nd visit) 
  • 10 treatment package: $500 (offer valid from 2nd visit)

No discounts apply if patient's treatment is covered by insurance. Only one discount applies for each treatment.

Ohio Medicaid

Ohio Medicaid covers acupuncture for low back pain and migraines. Patients pay no copays, coinsurance, or deductibles and can usually receive up to 30 acupuncture treatments per year without a referral or prior authorization. Acupuncture is a qualified medical expense for all HSAs and most HRAs and FSAs. I can accept HSA/HRA/FSA debit cards, or upon request, I can provide a superbill for your records so that you can be reimbursed from your HSA/HRA/FSA for the cost of your treatment.
