"No-Show" Policy

If you make an appointment but are unable to keep it, please let us know as far in advance as possible. That will allow other patients to have the opportunity to schedule during your canceled time slot. You can call, text, or send an email to let us know that you need to cancel or reschedule. Patients who "no show" once (i.e., miss an appointment without notifying us in advance) will be blocked from scheduling online and any future appointments already scheduled will be canceled. Also, we will no longer accept any appointments from patients who "no show" a total of three times. Thank you for keeping us informed and, especially, being considerate of other patients.
